Vikram is a dynamic entrepreneur, communication specialist, and a business professional with a diverse background spanning across training, hospitality, operations, and entrepreneurship. His expertise includes Personality Development for schools, Campus-to-Corporate training for colleges, Soft Skills development, Business Communication for corporates, and English Language & IELTS training for language institutes.
Academically, Vikram brings a strong multidisciplinary foundation with certifications and qualifications that complement his entrepreneurial mindset. He is CELTA Certified and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management along with a B.Sc in Hospitality Management. His educational background, combined with hands-on industry exposure, has enabled him to understand customer behavior, operational excellence, people management, and service delivery at a practical level.
Vikram started Elpido after recognizing how difficult it had become for modern families to find dependable support at home. Between demanding work schedules, childcare responsibilities, and everyday household pressures, even simple routines were becoming overwhelming for families — especially parents trying to manage everything at once.
